We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.

KadPedia reserves the right to reclaim, suspend, or modify usernames that violate our policy without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. KadPedia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Upon purchase of a KadPedia physical card, you own the physical card as a tangible object. However, the digital content, intellectual property, and platform rights associated with that card remain the property of KadPedia and/or the respective Brand Partner.
Each physical card is secured with a unique 6-digit PIN printed on the card itself.
Important: KadPedia does not store, back up, or have access to your card's PIN. Loss of your physical card or PIN may result in permanent inability to access or write to that card's digital vault. KadPedia cannot recover lost PINs under any circumstances.
KadPedia cards use Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. By using our NFC-enabled cards, you acknowledge that:
Physical cards are subject to separate purchase terms. Delivery timelines, return policies, and card conditions will be communicated at the point of purchase. KadPedia is not responsible for cards lost or damaged during third-party delivery.
Each registered Collector receives a personal digital space — "My Collection" — to store and manage their cards and associated digital content. You are responsible for all content you upload, write, or store within your Collection.
Content uploaded to your digital vault must not:
KadPedia reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these standards, without prior notice and without liability.
Digital content associated with your cards is stored on our platform for as long as your account remains active. Upon account termination, content may be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Diamonds are in-platform utility reward points earned through collecting, daily activity, and achieving VIP milestones within the KadVerse ecosystem.
Important: Diamonds have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or used outside the KadPedia platform. Diamonds are not a cryptocurrency, digital currency, or financial instrument of any kind.
Collectors earn Diamonds through:
Diamonds may be redeemed for discounts, vouchers, or exclusive benefits as made available by KadPedia from time to time. Redemption options are subject to change without prior notice.
KadPedia reserves the right to expire, reset, or forfeit Diamonds in cases of account inactivity, violation of these Terms, or platform changes. Diamonds are non-transferable and will be forfeited upon account termination.
KadPedia cards are issued with various rarity levels. Rarity determines the XP value and Diamond rewards associated with each card. Rarity classifications are determined solely by KadPedia and/or the Brand Partner at the time of minting.
Where trading features are available, Collectors may list and exchange cards within the KadVerse marketplace. By participating in trading, you agree that:
Cards minted by Brand Partners are subject to additional terms set by the respective partner. KadPedia is not responsible for the content, availability, or authenticity of Brand Partner cards beyond the platform infrastructure.
All platform content, design, software, branding, and technology — including but not limited to the KadPedia and KadVerse names, logos, and platform architecture — are the exclusive intellectual property of KADPEDIA TRADING (Enterprise). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of original content you upload to your digital vault. By uploading content, you grant KadPedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Content associated with Brand Partner cards remains the intellectual property of the respective brand or organizer. KadPedia does not claim ownership over third-party creative content used in partnership cards.
As a Collector, you agree not to:
Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

KadPedia complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Your personal data is encrypted, stored securely, and will never be sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
KadPedia uses essential cookies to maintain your session and improve platform performance. By using our platform, you consent to our use of essential cookies.
KadPedia strives to maintain platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, KadPedia shall not be liable for:
Nothing on the KadPedia platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. The value of collectible cards may fluctuate and KadPedia makes no guarantees regarding the future value of any card.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, your digital vault and associated content will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
KadPedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, all Diamonds, VIP status, and digital content associated with your account will be permanently forfeited. Physical cards remain in your possession but will lose platform connectivity.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KadPedia with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
